I actually planned on doing this whole journal thing monday start fresh with what i wnated to do and do my excersises right. But heres what i did it breaks into morning and afternoon. I do a morning workout and afternoon workout.
Morning:
Ab crunch machine- did 50 crunches in the morning.
basketball:played basketball for 2 hours.
afternoon:
ab crunch machine: 50 more crunches
mid-row excerse
description:basically is a pully, i pull inwars towards my stomache area and i'm pulling up the weight
how much: I was lifting 85 lbs, 2 sets of 20
whats it work?: I works deltoids,biceps,wrist flexors and trapezius
leg press: description: Its a metal pad that i elevate my legs and push against.
how much: I'm pushing 140 lbs, 3-sets of 30
whats it work:calves,thai and butt..i'm too lazy to get technical.
some notes you should be aware of: I'm horrible at this but the best way to workout is to work on two muscles a day. I'm an a.d.d kid and cannot focus on just two a day but imma start tracking the muscles starting monday to keep a good schedule down.
Also its not good to the morning and afternoon workout. You should workout all at once, and the rest of the day is for letting the body rest. So as i need 50 curnches in the morning and 50 at night is bad. I should go all out do all 100,200 crunches or w/e and let my body rest for the rest of the day.
Its not good to workout every single day of the week. Your body properly needs time to rest and heal. Because basically how getting bigger muscles work is. You literally tearing your muscle apart, and new muscle grows from the old one. Your body needs time to heal from the vicious process. So it would be good to give your body one or two days rest during the week of the workout. |

Well taking after kip and tristan, i too am going to start a workout journal. Hoeping this will give me a better idea of what i am doing right and what i am doing wrong in my workout's these day. It will include photos, hope for that sexy sexy sixpack for the summer. I do alot of stuff and am very active in my workouts, i do them every single day except saturday and sunday. I'm hoping it will help me with my breakdancing and martial arts. Sinc ei've gotten back from christmas vacation i've hit the gym hard and have noticed a difference. Not like i got bigger muscles but i'm toner..and my calves are bigger. So if you too would like to keep track of my workout, you can add spider_workout |
