BioWtf you actually wanna know the shit i'm doing?! AWESOME!
My mission is to get lean,strong,fast and well not fat. Major fear is being a fat kid again so hopefully i will motivate myself from fear to not be one. You will see pictures of my progress, other things i'm doing to workout like martial arts and breakdancing.
I will be posting my regime of things i do such as my exact workouts, how long,and what they will be working. Now i may sway here and their..but thats where my friends come in for moral support..to keep my bitch ass on track!
